Aleksander Murek

Mr Waldemar Murek is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. After graduation he practiced as a prosecutor in Częstochowa, Tarnowskie Góry, Bytom and Chorzów. He also performed the function of the deputy of District Prosecutor in the District Public Prosecutor Office in Chorzów.

From 1993 to 2002 he was working as a legal counsel and advising banks, brokerage offices, capital companies, partnerships and other enterprises. Since 2002 he is a member of the District Bar Association in Katowice and has been practicing as an attorney.

Acting as an attorney Mr Waldemar Murek has many years of experience and practice in the spectrum of legal advisory services for banks, brokerage offices, enterprises, capital companies, joint stock companies, partnerships, other legal entities and natural persons. As well he was defender in many commonly known criminal court trials.

criminal proceedins – investigation, legal proceedings, penal-fiscal regulations;
